- You have to becareful with what you say when people are in hypnosis for ex: you cannot tell them to forget the actual language they speak because they wont be able to understand your commands.
- After people is in hypnosis you have to be sure that you wake them up out of trance.
- If you tell them to forget their name or a number you will have to tell them to remember the number or their name again.
- Be sure that the subject is seated or laying down if you will not be able to catch that person so they do not hit their head.
- While the subject is in deep trance you have to be aware of what happens to them dont let nobody do something to the subject while they are in trance.
- Always speak with a low voice (that will help others feel more sleepy they wont resist going into trance)
- Try to be in a quiet place where you know nobody will interrupt you.
- Always tell your subject to relax.
- Telling them to imagen a nice place will help the to relax even more.
- Be confident!!(forget about everything just believe in yourself and be positive)
